A Competitive Edge Athletics Full Body Workout allows your body to burn calories throughout the day long after your workout is over, even when we are in a resting state. Utilizing compound movements (squats, deadlifts, cleans, presses, etc.) that activate a variety of muscle groups you will build strength and burn fat at a high rate.
